Add Birth Date - Numeric | + $3
Add Birth Date - Spelled out | +$5
Add a Design Theme | +$5
Oversized Names or Monograms are priced by the stitch count | $2 per 1,000 stitches
* Standard size names = letters < 1-1.5” tall
* Standard size monograms < 3.5-4” tall
