  1. Determine the types of items you want to embroider -- you can supply or I can supply from thousands of high-quality options. I am happy to help you find the right thing.

  2. Email me a digital file your logo (jpg, pdf, png format) and we confirm the size you want

  3. Logo will be 'digitized' for embroidery -- This is a special file that tells the machine how to stitch design. There is a 1x digitizing cost ranging from $20-40 depending on complexity and stitch count.

  4. Embroidery typically takes about one week from receipt of merchandise. Rush fees apply for quicker turnaround
